General Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made directly with Faldonside Eco, including training courses, workshops, hosted events, experiences, and meeting space hire. By confirming your booking, you agree to the terms set out in this policy.

Cancellations by Guests

1. Training Courses, Workshops & Experiences
   • Full refund if cancelled 21 days or more before the start date.
   • 50% refund if cancelled 8–20 days before the start date.
   • No refund if cancelled 7 days or less before the start date, or in case of no-show.
   • You may transfer your place to another participant at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
   
   b. Event or Meeting Space Hire
   • Full refund if cancelled 30 days or more before the booked date.
   • 50% refund if cancelled 15–29 days before the booked date.
   • No refund if cancelled 14 days or less before the booked date.
   • Dates may be rescheduled once, subject to availability and within 6 months of the original booking, if requested at least 14 days in advance.
   
   

Cancellations by Faldonside Eco

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event, course, or booking due to instructor illness, severe weather, unsafe conditions, low attendance, or force majeure. If we must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date of equal value. We cannot accept responsibility for non-refundable travel or accommodation costs.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of confirmation and issued to the original payment method. Administrative or transaction fees may be non-refundable.

Transfers & Substitutions

Participants unable to attend may nominate another person to take their place by giving written notice at least 48 hours before the start. No fees apply for substitutions.

Group or Corporate Bookings

Group bookings or exclusive hire may require a 25–50% non-refundable deposit. Final balances are due 14 days prior to the event unless otherwise stated. Bespoke cancellation terms will be confirmed in writing.

Rescheduling Policy

Requests to reschedule made more than 14 days in advance will be accommodated where possible. Requests within 14 days may incur a small administration fee or be declined if no dates are available.

Force Majeure

Faldonside Eco shall not be liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, power outages, fire, flood, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
