SUMMARY:Late Summer Tour of the Faldonside estate\, a small rewilding site in the Borders
DESCRIPTION:🌿 The second in the series\, join us for a relaxed\, inspiring guided tour through a family-run rewilding site in the heart of the Scottish Borders\, where nature leads the way.\nAt Faldonside Eco\, you’ll explore evolving wildflower meadows\, a productive market garden\, and thoughtfully integrated sustainable energy systems\, all woven into a living landscape shaped by care\, patience\, and ecological thinking. This is a chance to see small scale rewilding in practice — not as a finished idea\, but as an ongoing conversation between land\, people\, and wildlife. \nAs we wander\, there’ll be time for wildlife watching\, quiet observation\, and questions about how rewilding works at a local\, human scale. Expect birdsong\, shifting light\, and the possibility of unexpected encounters — alongside stories of how the land is being restored and nurtured for our family and the future. \nPerfect for anyone curious about rewilding\, sustainability\, food growing\, or simply spending time outdoors in a place where nature takes centre stage.  We will still go ahead if its raining! \nNo dogs please due to the livestock and food growing business on site. \nPLEASE NOTE DO NOT USE OUR POSTCODE IN SATNAV NAVIGATION\, USE HOUSE NAME- FALDONSIDE HOUSE
