Held at Faldonside Eco\, this workshop offers a gentle space to slow down\, breathe deeply\, and let creativity emerge naturally. \nGuided writing prompts and reflective exercises with creative expert Dr Jessica McDonald are designed to support wellbeing\, reduce mental clutter\, and encourage a more intuitive\, compassionate approach to writing. There’s no pressure to perform or share — just time to be present\, to notice the natural world around you\, and to translate that awareness onto the page. \nSuitable for all levels\, this session is as much about restoring creative energy as it is about writing itself.
